By commissioning me for artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:
GENERAL TERMS
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.
-Work frame varies per request.
-Updates given weekly, more can be provided upon request.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- All payments will be USD, paid via paypal invoice.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin a commission.
- Full payment must be received before you receive the final artwork.
- No refunds
USAGE & COPYRIGHT
- I, the artist, retain rights of all commissioned artwork.
- Final artwork is for personal use only, unless you purchased commercial rights.
- Using any part of commissioned artwork for training AI is prohibited.
